Dr. Roslyn Munro, Registered Clinical Psychologist

Hello, I'm Dr. Roslyn Munro, a clinical psychologist in the Central Auckland region.
I use evidence-based psychological interventions to help young people, adults, couples, and families explore, make sense of, and learn skills to manage difficult situations, behaviours, and painful feelings they may be experiencing.
Experience & Qualifications
In the past
I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, and families in a range of clinical settings in the public and private sector.
At present
I have been in private practice since 2009, providing psychological services, consultation to other health services and clinical teams, and professional supervision.

I hold contracts to provide psychological services to NZ Police, ACC Physical Injury Claims, and the Ministry of Health.
Membership
Full member of the New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists (NZCCP), the Professional Association for Transgender Health Aotearoa (PATHA), and the Association for Contextual, Behavioural Science (ACBS).
Accountability
I participate in ongoing supervision and regularly attend professional courses, conferences, and seminars. I am committed to keeping myself informed of current psychological research to ensure that my clients receive the best support and service that I can offer.
Qualifications & Registration
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Massey University. I am registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board under the Clinical Scope of Practice, and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.
